Over the last 20 years, I have clocked up tens of thousands of hours of studying, practicing and teaching this Art.

I have been officially taught by instructors who learned directly from Mary Burmeister and Haruki Kato.

I share my love of this Universal Art via individual sessions, talks, self-help classes, and online.
