Over the course of five sessions, I'll guide you through Jin Shin Jyutsu sequences, or flows, to:

Release fear, tension, and tightness in the body
Ground your energy and find inner steadiness
Recharge and restore your natural vitality

Anxiety and exhaustion are deeply connected. When the nervous system is constantly on alert, the body never truly rests, even during sleep. Over time, this leads to physical fatigue, mental fog, and emotional depletion.
As we journey through these five days together, you’ll not only calm anxiety but also begin to replenish your inner reserves.
What You Can Experience
Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes and provides you with practical, hands-on exercises you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.

Who is Astrid Kauffmann?
Since 1999, I have clocked up tens of thousands of hours in the study and practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
I have also taught well over one thousand students in offline and online classroom settings over the last 26 years. From their own feedback, often inspiring them to study and practice further.
Ever since those early days when I used a couple of simple hand positions to stop a migraine, to the awareness of MYSELF today, Jin Shin Jyutsu IS now as fundamental to me as breathing.
